A structured way of thinking and a strong understanding of processes and workflows
A true customer-first mindset, with the ability to create positive and solution-driven experiences
A genuine interest in the automotive industry and its dynamics
A high level of ownership, working independently while staying pragmatic and solution-oriented
Confidence in using modern tools such as Atlassian, Slack and other digital technologies
Solid knowledge of leasing and financing basics
Strong communication skills in German and Italian (written and spoken), along with good working knowledge of English and French
