You ensure that our customers and partners feel understood, supported, and in good hands — while keeping our processes efficient and our decisions well-founded. You combine analytical thinking with a strong service mindset and help us create a leasing experience that feels different.
Your responsiblities
- Review and assess leasing applications independently and responsibly
- Proactively follow up with customers and partners to keep processes moving smoothly
- Act as a reliable and approachable point of contact for customers, dealers, and internal teams
- Think ahead: identify and implement improvements in processes and communication
- Support reporting and analysis (KPIs, performance, service quality)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (AML, SRO, KKG, ZEK)
- Collaborate with Product & IT to improve systems and data quality
- Support the team with complex topics and contribute to knowledge sharing.
