Your mission

Be the architect of scalable, ultra-lean organizational structures that empower driven teams to move fast and deliver massively.
Engineer and oversee platform operations, process standardization, and workflow automation across the full auto finance lifecycle.
Lead high-impact integration projects with clients (e,g, OEMs, dealers) and partners (e.g. banks, insurances,), from pitching to flawless execution.
Drive the highest standards in quality assurance, compliance automation, and operational resilience—ensuring every detail, process, and customer touchpoint is frictionless and future-proof.
Spearhead organizational transformation to achieve maximum automation with minimal headcount.
Shape a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your profile

Proven expertise (10-15 years) in auto finance/lending operations and business process automation
Hands-on experience building ultra-efficient organizations leveraging automated workflows
Deep understanding of credit decisioning, regulatory compliance, and digital integrations
Proficiency in platform management, APIs, and real-time systems
Obsessive attention to operational detail and systematic process optimization
In-depth experience in establishing and implementing operational excellence in the finance, automotive, or fintech sectors
Excellent communication skills: English & German fluency required

Du bist Architekt*in skalierbarer, ultra-effizienter Organisationsstrukturen, die die Teams befähigen, schnell zu handeln und Grosses zu leisten.
Du entwickelst und überwachst Plattform-Operations, Prozess-Standardisierung und Workflow-Automatisierung entlang des gesamten Auto-Finanzierungs-Lebenszyklus.
Du leitest Integrationsprojekte mit Kunden und Partnern souverän durch alle Phasen und stellst durch fehlerfreie Umsetzung sicher, dass unser Impact nicht nur messbar, sondern auch spürbar wird.
Du stellst höchste Standards bei Qualitätssicherung, Compliance-Automatisierung und operativer Resilienz sicher – damit jeder Vorgang, jede Prozesskette und jeder Kundenkontakt reibungslos und zukunftsfähig ist.
Du treibst die Transformation der Organisation mit maximaler Automatisierung und minimalem Personaleinsatz voran.
Du prägst eine Unternehmenskultur von Ownership, Verantwortung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.

Dein Profil

Nachgewiesene Expertise (10-15 Jahre) in Auto-Finanzierung/-Lending und Geschäftsprozessautomatisierung
Erfahrung im Aufbau ultra-effizienter Organisationen durch automatisierte Workflows
Tiefes Verständnis für Kreditentscheidungen, regulatorische Compliance und digitale Integrationen
Versiert im Management von Plattformen, APIs und Realtime-Systemen
Detailorientiert und exzellent in systematischer Prozessoptimierung
Tiefergehende Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Umsetzung von Operational Excellence im Finanz-/Automobil- oder Fintech-Umfeld
Kommunikationstalent: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch erforderlich
