In dieser Rolle unterstützt du die Definition, Optimierung und Dokumentation zentraler Geschäftsprozesse und Arbeitsabläufe in unserem Unternehmen. Dein Beitrag hilft unseren Teams dabei, mehr Klarheit, Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit zu erreichen - die entscheidenden Faktoren für unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg.

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Operations-Teams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Prozesse klar definiert, dokumentiert und kontinuierlich verbessert werden. Zu deinen wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören:

Workflows dokumentieren und definieren: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung klarer und strukturierter Prozessdokumentationen für alle Phasen des Leasing-Lebenszyklus – mithilfe von Tools wie Confluence, Jira und unserem eigenen Operations-Portal.
Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Du koordinierst dich mit Abteilungen wie Finance, Sales und Product, um Informationen zu sammeln und Prozesse so abzubilden, wie sie aktuell funktionieren – oder zukünftig funktionieren sollten.
Prozessoptimierung: Du identifizierst Engpässe und Unstimmigkeiten, schlägst Verbesserungen vor und hilfst dabei, effizientere Abläufe zu gestalten – Automatisierung spielt dabei eine zentrale Rolle.
Langfristiger Beitrag: Im Idealfall begleitest du uns für 2-4 Monate oder länger und entwickelst dich zu einem wichtigen Teil unseres Teams, das unsere Abläufe aktiv mitgestaltet – während wir weiter wachsen.

Dein Profil

Aktuell eingeschrieben: Du bist immatrikuliert in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
Prozessorientiertes Denken: Du liebst Struktur, denkst in Systemen und hast Spass daran, Abläufe zu analysieren und zu verbessern.
Kommunikationsstärke: Du fühlst dich sicher im Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern, kannst Informationen gezielt einholen und in klare Dokumentationen überführen.
Analytisch und strukturiert: Du arbeitest selbstständig, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und gehst Aufgaben mit einem lösungsorientierten, strukturierten Ansatz an.
Tool-Erfahrung: Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Jira, Confluence und Slack gesammelt.
Sprachen: Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch (unsere Team-Sprache) und sehr gutes Englisch (unsere Unternehmenssprache).

Your mission

Are you a student with a sharp eye for structure, a passion for process design, and a desire to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing digital leasing company? At LeaseTeq, we’re looking for a driven and curious student to join our team and help shape the backbone of our operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll support the definition, optimization, and documentation of key business processes and workflows across our organization. Your contributions will directly support teams in improving clarity, efficiency, and scalability - core ingredients for our success.

Your Responsibilities

You will work closely with our operations teams to ensure our processes are clearly defined, documented, and continuously improved. Your key responsibilities will include:

Document and define workflows: Support the creation of clear and structured process documentation for leasing life cycle events using tools like Confluence and Jira and our very own operational portal.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Coordinate with departments such as Finance, Sales, and Product to gather input and map out how things work (or should work).
Process improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies, propose enhancements, and contribute to building more efficient workflows - automation is key.
Long-term contribution: Ideally, you’ll grow with us over the next 2-4 months (or more), becoming a key contributor in shaping how we operate as we scale.

Your profile

Current student: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Process-oriented mindset: You love structure, think in systems, and enjoy figuring out how to make things flow better.
Communication skills: You’re confident communicating with different stakeholders, gathering information, and translating it into clear documentation.
Analytical and structured: You work independently, take initiative, and approach tasks with a structured, problem-solving attitude.
Tool experience: Familiar with Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence) and Slack.
Languages: Fluent in German (our team language) and proficient in English (our company language).
