ACCOUNTING MANAGER (100%, m/f/d, hybrid)

As an Accounting Manager, you will play an essential role in consolidating our financial performance and ensuring reporting compliance across our organization. Your expertise will help keep our group entities on a strong and sustainable financial footing. 
 
What You’ll Do 

• Prepare timely and precise consolidated financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP.
• Maintain compliance with all statutory obligations and regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions (CH, DE, AT).
• Standardize and harmonize the LEASETEQ booking models to support efficient, compliant financial operations.
• Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of accounting processes within Odoo (our ERP system).
• Serve as the Odoo superuser, supporting internal stakeholders and answering accounting system queries.
• Oversee operational finance activities, including collections management, cash control, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor key financial workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting at the group level.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external auditors and respond to audit requirements.
