Bist du bereit, deine Kreativität auf die Überholspur zu bringen? Wir sind LeaseTeq, ein dynamisches digitales Autofinanzierungsunternehmen – alles andere als langweilig! Wir mischen die Branche mit innovativen Lösungen auf und suchen einen Werkstudenten im Bereich Marketing, der uns dabei hilft, unsere Social-Media-Präsenz zu verbessern und aufmerksamkeitsstarke Inhalte zu erstellen.

Deine Aufgabenbereiche:

Du treibst unsere Social-Media-Strategie voran, indem du ansprechende Posts, Stories und Kampagnen auf Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn und anderen erstellst.
Mithilfe von KI-Tools, Kurzfilmen und Bildschirmaufnahmen gestaltest du fesselnde Inhalte, die Aufmerksamkeit erregen und unsere Markengeschichte auf neue, unterhaltsame Weise erzählen.
Du schreibst aufmerksamkeitsstarke Texte, die zu unserer Tonalität passen (du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und Englisch? Perfekt!).
Gemeinsam mit unserem Marketingteam entwickelst und setzt du neue Ideen um, die das Thema Finanzen spannend und zugänglich machen.
Du verfolgst die Performance unserer Social-Media-Kanäle und passt deine Strategien basierend auf den gewonnenen Erkenntnissen an, um unsere Community und das Engagement zu vergrössern.
Community Management – du beantwortest Kommentare und interagierst mit unserer Community auf den verschiedenen Plattformen.

Dein Profil

Bringst Leidenschaft für Social Media und ein hast Gespür für die neuesten Trends.
Erfahrung mit KI-Tools und Videobearbeitungssoftware – oder die Motivation, es zu lernen!
Starke Schreibfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch – egal ob knackige Captions oder längere Beiträge, du hast es drauf.
Kreatives Gespür und ein gutes Auge für Design.
Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten.
Du bist aktuell in einem Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Fach eingeschrieben.

What You'll Do:

Drive our social media strategy by creating engaging posts, stories, and campaigns on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
Create compelling creatives using AI tools, short films, and screen recordings that grab attention and tell our brand story in new, fun ways.
Write attention-grabbing copy that aligns with our tone of voice (Are you fluent in both German and English? Perfect!).
Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and execute fresh ideas to make finance feel exciting and accessible.
Track social media performance and adjust strategies based on insights, helping us grow our community and engagement.
Community Management – you respond to comments and engage with our community across various platforms.

Your profile

A passion for social media and staying ahead of the latest trends.
Experience with AI tools and video editing software (or a keen interest to learn!).
Strong writing skills in both German and English—whether it’s snappy captions or longer posts, you’ve got it covered.
Creative flair and an eye for design.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
