Your mission
As a
Regional Sales Executive (Swiss Romandie Region)
at LeaseTeq, you play a central role in expanding our dealer network in Western Switzerland and contribute significantly to the growth of our company. You report directly to the General Manager of Switzerland and are responsible for acquiring new customers and building long-term partnerships in the French-speaking region of Switzerland.

at LeaseTeq, you play a central role in expanding our dealer network in Western Switzerland and contribute significantly to the growth of our company. You report directly to the General Manager of Switzerland and are responsible for acquiring new customers and building long-term partnerships in the French-speaking region of Switzerland.
Main responsibilities:
- You build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers throughout Western Switzerland (Suisse Romande) to successfully promote our financing solutions (leasing/credit).
- You travel regularly (several times a week) to various locations in the Romandie region to meet (potential) clients in person and establish long-term business relationships.
- You advise our dealers in detail on the benefits of partnering with LeaseTeq, explain the financing processes, and act as their primary point of contact.
- You actively contribute to the optimization of our sales processes to increase efficiency and success rates.
- With fluent French and German, you ensure clear, professional, and smooth communication with our partners.
- You work closely with your sales colleagues as well as the Business Development and Operations teams to achieve shared sales targets and support the growth of LeaseTeq AG.
