Deine Aufgaben

Wir glauben, dass Controller wie Pilot/innen sind, die Mitarbeiter/innen und Unternehmen sicher durch die oft komplexen und herausfordernden Themen der Finanzen steuern. Du trägst maßgebend dazu bei, den Kurs zum finanziellen Erfolg mitzubestimmen. 
 
Als CONTROLLER/IN & BUCHHALTER/IN AUSTRIA trägst Du mit deinem Wissen und deiner Erfahrung wesentlich zu unserem Finanz- und Unternehmenserfolg bei. Du arbeitest in einer Matrix-Organisation und berichtest an den Country Managing Director sowie an den Group-CFO. Deine Aufgaben umfassen: 
 
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung  
  • Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung  
  • Verantwortung des Debitorenmanagements mit Kundenkontakt (E-Mail & Telefon) 
  • Internes Kostenmanagement  
  • Erstellung von regelmäßigen Finanzberichten und Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlüssen 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der übergeordneten Finanzabteilung (Treasury, Finanzplanung und Analyse) 
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Kontrollen gemäß dem internen Kontrollsystem (ICS) 
  • Dokumentation und Handling interner Vermerke & Anweisungen im Accounting 
Dein Profil
  • Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Controlling und in der Buchhaltung 
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Finanzbereich und verfügst über eine einschlägige Zertifizierung im Rechnungswesen (vorzugsweise für das Controlling nach UGB und GAAP, für die Buchhaltung nach UGB) 
  • Du bist ein Allrounder, wenn es um administrative Themen geht 
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch  
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen Projektumfeld und bringst deine Meinung ein 
  • Du hast Freude daran, dein Fachwissen anzuwenden und weiterzuentwickeln

Your mission

As a FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT AUSTRIA you will be responsible for contributing to our financial and corporate foundation, working in a matrix organization and reporting to the country managing director as well as to the CFO. Your responsibilities include: 
  • Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable 
  • Internal expense management  
  • Assist with preparation of periodic financial reports & financial statements 
  • Support VAT declarations & reconciliations 
  • Work together with the broader Finance function (Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis) to deliver their daily work 
  • Support in executing controls as outlined in the internal control system (ICS) 
  • Handling customer and client emails and phone calls 
  • Support delinquency management  
  • Maintaining documentation of internal accounting memos and treatment 
Your profile
  • You have at least 4 years of hands-on accounting experience 
  • You have completed your training as an accounting clerk and have relevant accounting certification (preferably Austrian GAAP Swiss GAAP) 
  • You are an all-rounder when it comes to administrative topics 
  • You are fluent in German and English?  
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic project environment and articulating your opinion? 
  • You enjoy applying and developing your professional knowledge?
