Deine Aufgaben
Hast du schon einmal daran gedacht, dich als Finanznavigator zu betrachten? Wir glauben, dass Buchhalter wie Navigatoren sind, die Einzelpersonen und Unternehmen durch die oft komplexen und herausfordernden "Finanzgewässer" führen. Dies vermittelt die Idee, dass du als'Financial Accountant' uns dabei hilfst, unseren Kurs zum finanziellen Erfolg zu bestimmen.

Als FINANZBUCHHALTER bist du dafür verantwortlich, zu unserer finanziellen und unternehmerischen Grundlage beizutragen und dem CFO Bericht zu erstatten. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Internes Ausgabenmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung periodischer Finanzberichte und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Unterstützung bei Umsatzsteuererklärungen und Abstimmungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der breiteren Finanzabteilung (Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis) zur Durchführung ihrer täglichen Arbeit
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Kontrollen gemäß dem internen Kontrollsystem (ICS)
  • Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Mandanten E-Mails und Telefonanrufen
  • Unterstützung bei der Anforderungsverwaltung
  • Pflege der Dokumentation interner Buchhaltungsvermerke
  • Professionelles Niveau in Deutsch (sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich) und Englisch von Vorteil
Dein Profil
  • Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung.
  • Du hast deine Ausbildung als Buchhaltungsangestellte:r abgeschlossen und verfügst über relevante Zertifizierungen (bevorzugt Swiss GAAP).
  • Du bist ein Allrounder, wenn es um administrative Themen geht.
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fliessend.
  • Du fühlst dich wohl in einer dynamischen Projektumgebung und äusserst deine Meinung gerne.
  • Du geniesst es, dein berufliches Wissen anzuwenden und weiterzuentwickeln.

Your mission

We believe that accountants are like navigators, guiding individuals and businesses through the often complex and challenging "waters of finance". It conveys the idea that as an accountant, you help us chart our course to financial success.

As a FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT you will be responsible for contributing to our financial and corporate foundation, reporting to the CFO. Your responsibilities include: 
  • Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable 
  • Internal expense management  
  • Assist with preparation of periodic financial reports & financial statements 
  • Support VAT declarations & reconciliations 
  • Work together with the broader Finance function (Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis) to deliver their daily work 
  • Support in executing controls as outlined in the internal control system (ICS) 
  • Handling customer and client emails and phone calls 
  • Support delinquency management  
  • Maintaining documentation of internal accounting memos and treatment 
  • Professional level of German (spoken and written), English as an advantage
Your profile
  • You have at least 4 years of hands-on accounting experience 
  • You have completed your training as an accounting clerk and have relevant accounting certification (preferably Swiss GAAP) 
  • You are an all-rounder when it comes to administrative topics 
  • You are fluent in German and English?  
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic project environment and articulating your opinion? 
  • You enjoy applying and developing your professional knowledge?
