As a FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT you will be responsible for contributing to our financial and corporate foundation, reporting to the CFO. Your responsibilities include: 
  • Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable 
  • Internal expense management  
  • Assist with preparation of periodic financial reports & financial statements 
  • Support VAT declarations & reconciliations 
  • Work together with the broader Finance function (Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis) to deliver their daily work 
  • Support in executing controls as outlined in the internal control system (ICS) 
  • Handling customer and client emails and phone calls 
  • Support delinquency management  
  • Maintaining documentation of internal accounting memos and treatment 
  • Professional level of German (spoken and written), English as an advantage

Your profile

  • You have at least 4 years of hands-on accounting experience 
  • You have completed your training as an accounting clerk and have relevant accounting certification (preferably Swiss GAAP) 
  • You are an all-rounder when it comes to administrative topics 
  • You are fluent in German and English?  
  • You are comfortable working in a dynamic project environment and articulating your opinion? 
  • You enjoy applying and developing your professional knowledge?
